As the operator of GetsMe ("Services"), PANORASOCIAL TECHNOLOGY PTE, LTD. ("we" or "us") respect your right to privacy and highly value the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, process and protect your personal data through the GetsMe mobile application (the "App"), and the getsmecare.ai website (the "Website"), including all subdomains, products and services (together, the "Services") when you use GetsMe and how you can exercise your rights to personal data protection. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is part of our Terms of Service.

For information that demands your particular notice and that may have a significant impact on your rights and interests, we have highlighted it in bold font to draw your attention.

Before using the Services or submitting any Personal Information to GetsMe, please review this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not use the Service.

  1. Personal Information We Collect

We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you ("Personal Information") as follows:

Personal Information You Provide. When you sign up for our Services, we collect personal data like your nickname, email, third-party account information, date of registration.

When using the Service, you may enter personal data about yourself, such as personal information related to you, including your profile photo, emotion state, sleep duration, walking data, frequency of water intake, diet and food, menstrual physiology, and the personal information included in your content you submit, such as chat communications, posted images or videos, biography description, and shared Characters.

Third-party services (including wearables): With your permission, we can connect to third-party services like Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect. This allows us to automatically import your health and activity data into the app, so you don't have to log it yourself. The imported data may include fitness activities, weight, height, BMI, calories burned, heart rate, steps taken, distance traveled, body temperature, sleep patterns, and other activity details.

This information helps provide insights into your activities and improves our ability to serve you. We process this data to enhance the App's features and functionality.

Importing data is subject to the privacy policies and terms of Google Health Connect and Apple HealthKit. If you use a wearable device to connect to GetsMe, please review its terms and privacy policies as well. Your device provider may collect usage data for its own purposes, such as improving its services.

If you register and log in using your Facebook, Google account or your mobile phone, you allow us to collect additional information that you make available to us. For example, if you register with GetsMe using your Facebook account (e.g., Facebook Connect), we may collect and store your Facebook ID and corresponding token on our servers for automatic log in and profile information and, if you give us your express consent, we will have access to and may collect certain information that you make available on Facebook (for example, your first and last names, email address, profile picture, birthdays). We will store it on our servers and use it to facilitate your use of the Service – for example - we may synchronize your GetsMe account between different devices which you may use to access our Service.

Communication Information. If you otherwise communicate with us, we may collect the contents of any messages you send ("Communication Information").

Personal Information We Receive Automatically From Your Use of the Service. When you visit, use, and interact with the Service, we may receive certain information about your visit, use, or interactions ("Technical Information").

Improving User Experience. To improve your user experience (e.g., by making it easier for you to view information about your account, sending you push notifications, and providing you with personalized content and services that may be of interest to you), we may automatically collect information about your language, gender, clicks and actions, program progress (including login status, interaction information/status, achievement information, etc.), application token, operating system, network information (e.g., IP address), device data (e.g., IMEI and other device identifiers), country/region, device model, screen resolution, geographic location, anonymous user identifier, etc., and analyze such data.

Maintaining Stability and Security. In order to maintain the stability and security of GetsMe and your account, we will automatically collect data related to the operation of the mobile application and your online operations, such as data related to your login status, clicks and actions, user device data (e.g., IMEI and other device identifiers), operating system data, network information (e.g., IP address), etc. when you are using GetsMe.

Contact and Marketing. We may use the contact information provided by you (e.g., email address) to send you information about products and services that may be of interest to you. Where required by applicable laws and regulations, we will obtain your consent before sending you marketing messages. If you are not interested in such information, you may refuse at any time during the communication, for example, by clicking on the unsubscribe/refuse option or sending us a reply to opt-out.

  1. How We Use Personal Information

    We use information for the following purposes:

  1. Provide, administer, and operate the Services and our business;

  2. Generate and analyze inferences about use of the Services, such as your preferences and interests and trends about our Services (e.g., which portions of the Services are used most frequently, how users navigate the Services, and what our users like or do not like);

  3. Tailor the Services to your preferences and interests;

  4. Evaluate the success of advertising campaigns;

  5. Communicate with you, including to inform you about features or aspects of the Services we believe might be of interest to you;

  6. Communicate with you about changes to our terms, conditions, or policies; or to respond to your inquiries, comments, feedback, or questions;

  7. Analyze, maintain, improve, modify, customize, and measure the Services, including to train our artificial intelligence/machine learning models;

  8. Develop new features, algorithms and machine learning models, programs, and services;

  9. Provide advertising and recruit new users, including provision of tailored advertising;

  10. Authenticate your account credentials, as necessary to log you in to the Services and help protect the security of your account;

  11. Process payments;

  12. Detect and prevent fraud, criminal activity, or misuse of our Service, and to maintain the security of our IT systems, architecture, assets, customers, and networks; and

  13. Comply with legal obligations and legal process and to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you, or other parties, including to enforce our Terms of Service and any other agreements or policies.

Aggregated Information. We may aggregate Personal Information and use the aggregated information to analyze the effectiveness of our Services, to improve and add features to our Services, to conduct research (which may remain internal or may be shared with third parties as necessary) and for other similar purposes. In addition, from time to time, we may analyze the general behavior and characteristics of users of our Services and share aggregated information like general user statistics with third parties, publish such aggregated information or make such aggregated information generally available. We may collect aggregated information through the Service, through cookies, and through other means described in this Privacy Policy. For AI interaction function, we will provide personalized health advice and chart displays of related functions based on the above Personal Information.

  1. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

In certain circumstances we may share your Personal Information with third parties without further notice to you, unless required by law, as set forth below:

Vendors and Service Providers. To assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain services and functions, we may share Personal Information with vendors and service providers, including providers of hosting services, cloud services, and other information technology services providers, email communication software and email newsletter services, advertising and marketing services, and web analytics services. Pursuant to our instructions, these parties will access, process, or store Personal Information in the course of performing their duties to us.

Business Transfers. If we are involved in strategic transactions, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or transition of service to another provider (collectively a "Transaction"), your Personal Information and other information may be shared in the diligence process with counterparties and others assisting with the Transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that Transaction along with other assets.

Legal Requirements. If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, (ii) protect and defend our rights or property, (iii) prevent fraud, (iv) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of a person or group, or (v) protect against legal liability.

Affiliates. We may share Personal Information with our affiliates, meaning an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with us. Our affiliates may use the Personal Information we share in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Other Users. Certain actions you take may be visible to other users of the Services or result in content that is made available to other users of the Services.

    Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions under local law, you may have the following rights:

  1. To request information about our processing of your personal information;

  2. To request access to and/or a copy of certain information we hold about you (including in a portable and/or machine-readable format);

  3. To object to how we process your personal information;

  4. To opt out of sales of personal information or targeted advertising;

  5. To update or correct your personal information;

  6. To request that we delete certain personal information we hold about you;

  7. To restrict how we process certain personal information about you;

  8. To request that we transfer your information to a third-party provider of services;

  9. To withdraw consent for the processing of your personal information, when under applicable laws you had previously provided consent; and

  10. The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

    Please note that certain information may be exempt from such requests under applicable law. For example, we may retain certain information for legal compliance and to secure our Services. We may need certain information in order to provide the Services to you; if you ask us to delete it, you may no longer be able to use the Services.

To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity and requests before granting such requests.   1. Age Requirement

If you are under 18 years old, you are not authorized to register to use the Services. Our Services are not directed to users who are under the age of 18, regardless of location. GetsMe does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that a user under the age of 18, has provided Personal Information to us through the Services, please email us at [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to investigate.

  1. Security

You use the Services at your own risk. We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect Personal Information both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please be aware and understand that we cannot ensure an absolutely secure Internet. If you find that your personal data is breached, please contact us using the contact details provided in "Contact Us" immediately so that we can take the corresponding measures.

In the event of any accident, force majeure event or other circumstances leading to the breach of your personal data, we will make every effort to control the situation and promptly inform you of the cause, the security measures we have taken and you can take and other relevant information. In the event of a security incident related to personal data, we will report such incident to the competent authorities in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, promptly investigate the problem, and take the emergency measures.

  1. International Transfer and Retention

The personal data we collect is stored and processed in the US, where it is subject to US law and to other countries (where it follows the laws of those countries). By using our Service, you understand and acknowledge that your Personal Information may be transferred from your location to our facilities and servers in Singapore.

We will store your Personal Data only to the extent as necessary for the proper business needs of our company (e.g., for the purposes of providing service to you and complying with the requirements of laws, tax and finance), except as provided otherwise by applicable laws or regulations. When there is no such need to use your Personal Data or the retention period expires according to applicable laws or regulations, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Data.

  1. Data Access and Removal

You can always control what information you choose to share with us on GetsMe (except for information which we have indicated as mandatory for you to provide). To do so, you can change your settings in the App or in your mobile device. Alternatively, you can remove the App from your mobile device entirely.

You can choose to remove your data anytime you want. If you ask us to delete your account, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data from our servers, subject to any applicable legal or other requirement to maintain certain records of your personally identifiable data. Please note that the deletion of your personally identifiable data from our database may result in us not being able to provide you with the Service.

  1. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Services, and/or our activities and businesses may change from time to time. As a result we may change this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do we will post an updated version on this page, unless another type of notice is required by applicable law. By continuing to use our Services or providing us with Personal Information after we have posted an updated Privacy Policy, or notified you by other means if applicable, you consent to the revised Privacy Policy and practices described in it. Please review this policy periodically.
